Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • 3 days from the date that item have been received
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.
  • The Goods isn't used or damaged.
  • The Goods must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be refunded:

  • Damaged goods without submission of photo/video/proof of damage/faulty/expired item
  • Incomplete item as per ordered without submission of photo/video/proof of incomplete items as per ordered
  • Items that are purchased/ordered wrongly by customer
  • Cancellation of order informed after order has been shipped out
  • Fashion/Wearable item on cats
  • Toys that aren't damage upon received
  • Accessories that aren't damage upon received

We reserve the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded.

Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
